Receive Your Personalized Healing Plan Using your Subconscious Blueprint, we create a customized healing plan designed around your emotional wounds, subconscious beliefs, nervous system patterns, triggers, and growth goals. Receive a New Workbook Every Two Weeks Every two weeks, you'll receive a personalized workbook and lesson. Each workbook is customized specifically to your Blueprint and includes step-by-step instructions, exercises, and tools. Learn One Skill at a Time We intentionally teach one new healing skill every two weeks so you have time to practice, apply, and build confidence before moving to the next step. Meet with Tracy (Optional) You can schedule a session with Tracy when each workbook is released. She will explain the lesson, answer questions, and help you apply the tools to your real-life situations. Build Lasting Change Each lesson builds on the one before it, helping you gradually regulate your nervous system, retrain old patterns, and create lasting change. Work at Your Own Pace Follow the workbook independently or receive additional support through coaching sessions with Tracy—the choice is yours.
Chapter 1: Track – Regulating Your Nervous System
In this lesson, you'll learn how to recognize your nervous system reactions in real time and understand what activation feels like in your body. You'll discover how to identify your early warning signs, regulate yourself in the moment, and build proactive regulation practices that reduce overall nervous system stress. You'll be introduced to several evidence-based regulation exercises and tools. Because every nervous system is different, you'll learn how to identify which techniques work best for you and create a personalized regulation toolkit.
Chapter 2: Understanding Your Subconscious Protection Patterns
Using your Subconscious Blueprint, we'll identify the subconscious behaviors your nervous system uses to create safety, relief, control, connection, or certainty. We'll then uncover the deeper emotional wounds, unmet needs, and subconscious beliefs that fuel these patterns, helping you understand the true purpose behind your behaviors. As awareness grows, you'll learn to recognize these patterns in real time and begin creating healthier ways to meet those needs.
Chapter 3: Retrain – Creating New Responses
Awareness alone doesn't create transformation. In this lesson, you'll learn a step-by-step process for interrupting old subconscious behaviors and replacing them with healthier responses. Through a series of tiered strategies, you'll gradually build your ability to tolerate discomfort, regulate activation, and respond differently when old patterns are triggered. Rather than simply suppressing behaviors, you'll learn how to give your nervous system the safety signals it needs so change becomes sustainable.
Chapter 4: Using Your Senses to Support Healing
Your nervous system learns through experience, not logic. In this lesson, you'll discover how sensory input directly influences your emotional state, nervous system regulation, and subconscious patterns. We'll help you identify which sensory experiences calm and regulate your nervous system, as well as which sights, sounds, environments, textures, movements, and experiences may contribute to activation, overwhelm, or stress. You'll also learn how to intentionally use your senses to communicate safety, growth, and change to both your nervous system and subconscious mind. By understanding the sensory language your body responds to, you'll create a personalized sensory toolkit that supports emotional regulation, reinforces new patterns, and helps your nervous system feel safe enough to heal and grow.
Chapter 5: Rewire – Transforming the Stories That Keep You Stuck
Many of the thoughts you believe today were created by a nervous system trying to make sense of past experiences. In this lesson, we'll use insights from your Subconscious Blueprint to identify the cognitive distortions and thinking patterns that have been shaping your emotions, behaviors, and beliefs. You'll begin identifying the automatic stories your brain tells when you feel triggered, overwhelmed, rejected, uncertain, or unsafe, and learn how these thoughts originally developed as attempts to create safety, predictability, or protection. Using guided exercises, you'll learn how to challenge these distortions and replace them with healthier, more accurate perspectives that support healing, growth, and lasting change.
Chapter 6: Creating Boundaries That Protect Your Healing
Using your Subconscious Blueprint, we'll identify the boundaries you need most based on your emotional wounds, unmet needs, triggers, and subconscious protection patterns. You'll learn how to create boundaries with yourself, your relationships, your time, and your environment that support nervous system safety, protect your progress, and help prevent old patterns from returning. You'll leave with a personalized plan for maintaining your healing and continuing your growth long after the program ends.
